The AIP Mission originated to address the need of USA and European ‘mid-sized’ companies looking to reduce their costs of engineered assemblies without giving up quality.
Two experienced manufacturing professionals, one from China, one from the USA, began to install Lean techniques (waste removal methods complete with visual work instructions) in ‘mid-sized’ specialty LCC manufacturers. ISO techniques such as Control Plans and standard PPAPs were also implemented. The result? World-Class Competitive pricing ‘married’ to World-Class Quality.
